It can be made with a wide variety of fabrics to make it just right.
Pictured (white is made from silk taffeta, and poplin, tan is made from Chambray, Red from poplin)
The pattern comes with the following sizes: (listed with chest measurement)
6-9 months: 20 inches
12-18 months: 21 inches
2T: 22 inches
3T: 23 inches
4T: 24 inches

Lengths are easy to customize for your liking to be longer or shorter. Dress is for a knee length, but it could easily be longer.
