Can I sell items I made from your patterns?
Yes! We love supporting small homemade businesses anyway we can! Please feel free to sell any items you make using our patterns. You however may NOT sell or distribute, or share any part of the pattern.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Patterns are all PDF files which are sent out via a download link as soon as your payment clears which in most cases is instantly. The email with the link to download is sent to the email address linked to your paypal account. You can only view the download 3 times before it will lock you out so please open the link on the computer you want to save the file to.I can't find a seam allowance for the pattern is it included?
Yes, all of our patterns include a seam allowance in the pattern. The seam allowance for all of our patterns is 3/8 inch. We understand that on some of the patterns it may be hard to find that small detail.
Can I get a return or exchange if I am unhappy with the pattern?
Sadly, due to the nature of the pattern being a download it can not be returned. For this reason we can not offer a refund or exchange the pattern. We do like to work with all of our customers to try and make every situation right so if you are having trouble with a pattern, email me and I will always try to help solve any problems. The nature of sewing is that things don't always turn out the exact way you want, but the joy with sewing is you can change things anyway you need.
Do you offer deals on purchasing multiple patterns?

How do your patterns print out?
Our patterns are all scaled to print in a 7.5X10 inch rectangle which should print within the printing margins on standard US paper size as well as A4 paper size. All patterns have a test square that prints at 1 inch X 1 inch when printed at the correct scale. If you have any trouble printing the patterns to scale most print shops can print them for you. Several of the patterns require the printing of several pieces and then taping them together to form the full pattern piece.Do you sew any custom orders for those of use who don't sew?
At this time we do not take any special orders. From time to time we will sell sample work from the patterns, but we sell only what we have on hand. Maybe someday in the future that will change but currently our schedule does not allow for special orders.Why aren't my patterns showing in my account?
Sadly our shop does not offer accounts. Our sister site shwinandshwin.com where you can find all of our free patterns has accounts you create to access the free patterns. Unfortunately there is no way to share files between the sites. You can still use your account created on shwinandshwin.com to access any free patterns and you can contact me at any time to reset your download links.

Do you offer layers for your PDFs? Or A0 Sizes?
Our patterns do not offer layers or other "fancy" PDF features. They are simple clean and basic PDF's that are printed at home and ready to use, no added fluff. Many of our womens patterns do have an A0 size print option available upon request, simply email a request after purchase.
